Scheduled Announcement Tab

This tab is used to set and play scheduled announcements, both locally and at remote locations.
Each announcement can be given a Start time & date, End time & date, playback interval for repeated announcements, List of locations at which the announcement is to be played and the Announcement to be played.
Buttons are provided for Adding to the schedule, Editing a schedule, Deleting a Schedule, Muting all scheduled announcements, Manually announcing a selected schedule, Canceling any announcements that may be playing.
